Green Brick Partners acquired 96 acres, of which, about 80 are usable from Brinkman. This land is north of Eldorado Parkway east of the railroad tracks. Green Brick Partners plans to build 350 homes, with a mix of town-homes and single family homes. The projected development costs will be around $160 million dollars.
